Crc32 Database Function Usage in Helical Insight

In this blog, we will learn how to display cyclic redundancy check value of a given string as a 32-bit unsigned value from numeric column in Helical Insight.

  1. If we want to display cyclic redundancy check value of a given string as a 32-bit unsigned value. Click on Travel Cost column.

  2. Click on more, user will get two options i.e., Quick and Advanced

  3. Click on “Advanced” in this you will see a function called “crc32”. Double click on that function and then drag down the Travel Cost column in the selected crc32 function box at the bottom. Click on Save button.
