To_DateTime Database Function Usage in Helical Insight

In this blog, we will learn how to convert value to DATETIME from text/date/dateTime/time column in Helical Insight.

  1. Below you can see we are having a column in format “YYYY:MM:DD HH:MM:SS”.

  2. Click on column.

  3. Click on more, a user will get two options i.e., Quick and Advanced

    4. More tab Options

  4. Click on “Advanced” in this you will see a function called “to_dateTime”. Double click on that function and then drag the column in the selected to_dateTime function box at the bottom. Click on Save button.

  5. Click on “Generate” report. You will see the desired output as below.

    6. Final Output
