Display Filter Values on Top of Report in Helical Insight

In this blog, we will see how to display selected filter values at the top of report in Helical Insight. This is more specifically useful when we have drill down from another report/dashboard and also passed the filters of the parent report dashboard here. So we need to know what all are the currently applied filters on the currently open report. This customization script is applicable on all the chart types.

In order to use the customization script, click on “Customize” button on report create or report edit page.



Double click on Display Filters icon to see the following modal window



Enable and click Ok.

You will see display filters icon is highlighted. Click on the small tick to apply the customization.



You can see the filter labesl and their values on the top left corner of report. All the filters and their currently selected values shall be displayed. If there are multiple values, they will appear in comma separated format.
