Difference between Superadmin and Admin

Super Admin: An User who does not belong any Organisation and has the highest authority of all.

When a Super Admin logs in, the landing page looks like this:

Tasks which Super Admin can perform:

  • Organizations Management  ( Add, Delete, Edit, Search organization)
  • Users Management (Add, Edit, Delete, Search Users)
  • Roles Management (Add, Delete, Search Roles)
  • Profiles Management (Add, Delete )
  • Password Management ( Create Password )

Moreover, Super Admin can assign

  • Organization to new roles/users.
  • Roles to a new user of any organization.

Admin: An User of an organization assigned with Admin role and can perform administrator related activities but only for his respective organization.

Tasks which Admin can perform:

  • Roles Management ( Create, Edit, Delete Roles )
  • Users Management ( Create, Edit, Delete Users )
  • Profiles Management ( Create, Edit, Delete Profiles )
  • Password Management ( Create Password )

Note: Organisation for a Super Admin is by default ‘null’. An user with role as ‘Admin’ can create another Admin within same organisation.
